Privacy Policy
Updated June 28, 2026.
This policy explains how A-102 handles account, technical, support, payment and geospatial information.
1. Responsible operator
The legally responsible operator and controller is identified in the governing Russian Personal Data Policy. This English summary omits the operator’s personal registration details. Privacy requests may be sent to support@a-102.ru.
2. Data categories
- account data such as email, display name and authentication provider;
- technical data such as IP address, user agent, cookies, security events and request logs;
- user-created coordinates, maps, tracks, calculations and saved projects;
- support messages and attachments;
- payment identifiers, status, amount, receipt and refund metadata, but not full bank-card details.
3. Purposes
Data is used to provide the service, authenticate users, save projects, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Processing may rely on contract performance, user consent, statutory obligations and legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and service operation.
5. Recipients and service providers
Necessary data may be shared with hosting, email, mapping, authentication, analytics and payment providers only for the relevant function. Analytics such as Yandex Metrica is enabled only after analytics-cookie consent. A-102 does not sell personal data.
6. International processing
The service and its providers may process data in countries different from your own. Where mandatory law requires safeguards or additional disclosures for such transfers, those requirements must be addressed before the relevant processing is offered.
7. Retention
Retention depends on the data type and purpose. Temporary live-tracking points are cleared automatically. Payment, receipt, refund, security and accounting records may be retained longer where required by law or dispute protection.
8. User controls and rights
Users may update account details, export available cabinet data, delete saved items and request access, correction, restriction, consent withdrawal or deletion where applicable. A request may require reasonable identity verification and may be limited by accounting, security or other legal retention duties.
9. Security
A-102 uses access controls, password hashing, CSRF protection, rate limits, object ownership checks and operational logging. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Complaints and contact
Privacy and data requests: support@a-102.ru. You may also contact the competent authority where mandatory law gives you that right.
