Legal notice: this English document is a plain-language summary and does not publish the operator’s personal registration details. The binding operator and seller information is provided in the Russian Public Offer, the Russian Personal Data Policy, the payment flow and the fiscal receipt. If the English and Russian texts differ, the Russian text governs, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

Terms of Service and Public Offer Summary

These terms cover free, trial and paid use of A-102, including elevation maps, terrain profiles, tracks, LOS, 3D tools, buildings, route analysis, API access and related modules.

1. Contracting provider

The contracting provider and seller is the person or entity identified in the governing Russian Public Offer, the checkout flow and the fiscal receipt for the relevant transaction. Personal registration details are intentionally not duplicated on this English summary page.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must have legal capacity to enter into the agreement and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Creating an account, accepting the legal documents, ordering or paying for access, requesting an API key or using protected functions constitutes acceptance of the governing terms.
If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

3. Service scope

A-102 is an information and analytical service. It is not an official cadastral, surveying, engineering-design, navigation, safety or emergency service.
Features, limits, DEM resolution, coverage, queue priority and retention depend on the selected plan, installed datasets and current technical availability.
Important decisions must be verified using official records, field measurements and qualified specialists.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep passwords, API keys, tokens and private links confidential and notify support if access may be compromised.
Do not scrape the service, bypass limits, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, commit fraud or access another user’s data.
A-102 may limit abusive traffic, suspend affected functions or terminate access where reasonably required for security, legal compliance, maintenance or service stability.

5. Plans, prices and delivery

The selected plan, duration, included limits and final price are shown before payment.
Contract prices and accounting are maintained in RUB. A USD or other currency amount shown by Robokassa is a payment-provider conversion; the final amount and exchange terms displayed by the provider apply.
Paid access is normally activated after payment confirmation. Trial, promotional and package limits may have separate duration and eligibility rules.

6. Payments and receipts

Payments are processed by Robokassa or another provider displayed at checkout. A-102 does not store full bank-card details.
The provider may receive the order number, amount, service description and email required to process payment and issue or deliver a receipt.
The seller identity and legally required tax details are shown in the payment flow or fiscal receipt.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the governing Russian Public Offer and applicable mandatory law. The voluntary review windows shown in the cabinet do not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights. Approved refunds are returned through the available payment process within the period required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No rights in the software, design, databases, datasets, algorithms or trademarks are transferred except as expressly stated.

9. Availability and liability

External maps, DEM and building datasets, payment systems, networks, email services and compute infrastructure may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, A-102 is not liable for decisions made without independent verification or for failures caused by third-party systems or circumstances outside reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the English Privacy Summary and the governing Russian Personal Data Policy. Do not upload another person’s personal or confidential geospatial data without a lawful basis.

11. Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by Russian law and the Russian Public Offer. This choice does not remove mandatory rights that apply to a consumer regardless of the chosen law. Send complaints to support@a-102.ru with the account email, payment number and a clear description of the issue.

12. Changes

The terms may be updated for future use of the service. Material changes apply from publication unless mandatory law or the governing agreement requires another procedure.
