A-102 Terrain, objects and movement analysis

Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Controller

The controller is identified in the governing Russian Personal Data Policy. This English summary does not duplicate personal registration details. Contact: support@a-102.ru.

2. Data subjects

Visitors, registered users, customers, support correspondents, API users and persons acting for organizations.

3. Processed data

Identification and contact data, authentication records, technical identifiers, account activity, user-provided geospatial content, support correspondence and payment-related metadata.

4. Purposes

Account operation, access delivery, calculations, saved projects, communication, payment and receipt processing, security, abuse prevention, analytics with consent and legal compliance.

5. Operations

Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to required processors, restriction, deletion and destruction.

6. Transfers

Data is transferred only when required for hosting, maps, email, payment, analytics or legal obligations. Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by A-102.

7. Retention and deletion

Data is retained only as long as required for the stated purpose, contract, security, accounting or law. Deletion requests are fulfilled where no overriding retention duty applies.

8. Rights

Users may request information, correction, restriction, withdrawal of consent or deletion where applicable. Requests may require identity verification, and legally required records may be retained. Users may complain to the competent authority where mandatory law provides that right.
